During this meeting we will go over all of the inns and outs and the do's and don'ts to make sure we provide you with the perfect designs. Graphic Design Packages include: *Consultation Services *Artwork Approval Proof (where you will approve our work before printing) *Content Creation * Each customer will receive a contract explaining what to expect and our process. *Design Fee Digital Proof *Custom Packaging ( if prints are selected). Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines to help us serve you and our other clients better: No-Call, No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. A refund will not be provided. Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of the full session fee. Rescheduling with 72+ Hours Notice: If you need to reschedule and give us at least 72 hours' notice, we're happy to help you find a new date and time at no additional charge.
